K2 is proud to be a part of the development of the Monsanto Seed Corn Facility in Waco, NE (approximately 35 miles west of Lincoln, NE, north of Interstate 80).  Selection for this project is a point of particular pride for our organization, as one of the primary requirements of each of the subcontractors was to meet the stringent safety record requirements of the owner.



K2 Construction is responsible for the underground site utility installation of all water, storm, sanitary, and gas piping.  In addition, we have been contracted by the project's electrical contractors to perform most of the site excavation for electrical utilities.  In essence, if it goes in the ground, K2 Construction has played a significant role in getting it there on time, and on budget.
